Heat pump rebate questions
Which rebate program applies to my home?+
Start with your electricity bill and service address. Check the provider's official eligibility rules, then review your city page for local additions. Living in a listed city alone does not establish eligibility.
Do I need approval before installing a heat pump?+
Some programs require an approved reservation before installation. Others have post-installation claim deadlines. Follow your administrator's requirements before purchasing equipment or starting work.
Does every water heater replacement qualify?+
No. Heat pump water heater incentives depend on the new equipment and the type of water heater replaced. They do not automatically apply to gas or tankless replacements.
Can I combine rebates or receive them as an upfront discount?+
Do not assume benefits can be combined. The administrator must confirm eligible combinations, cost limits and funding. A monthly utility bill credit is not an upfront installation discount.
Does Level Up guarantee rebate funding?+
No. Program administrators determine eligibility and approve payment. No program partnership or guaranteed rebate is claimed.
