For qualifying PG&E households at or below 120% of area median income, in homes built before 2010 with four units or fewer. The program uses its selected contractor and covers 80% of eligible core weatherization such as insulation and duct sealing. This is not an automatic 80% heat pump installation rebate or a Level Up service offer.
