Replace gas water heater with eligible HPWH, not gas/tankless replacement.
Heat pump water heater replacing electric resistance: up to $1,000
Replace electric resistance water heater.

Electrical

Electrical panel upgrade: up to $1,000
Add-on paired with core appliance.
Eligible wiring or circuit device: up to $500
Per eligible circuit/device, cap $2,000; specifications and eligible combinations apply.
EV circuit prewiring (not charger purchase): up to $500
Core-appliance add-on; prewiring, not purchase of EV charger.

Before you start

Reserve and obtain approval before installation; reservation up to 120 days. Emergency exceptions need program confirmation.

Seasonal offers require current confirmation with the administrator. Check the official program before planning an installation; temporary totals must not be added to base rebates.
